Dr. Blaney offers a FREE Phone or Video Consult

 

Free Consultation

  • Interested clients PLEASE reach out for a FREE Phone or Video Consult usually lasting about 10 minutes.

  • During this time, Dr Blaney will ask some questions about your needs, answer your questions and explain what she can offer to you.

  • Next steps would be to schedule a new patient evaluation with Dr. Blaney that often takes 60-90 minutes to complete.

  • Together Dr Blaney and the client with design a treatment plan that best meets their unique clinical needs. Follow up sessions are scheduled (these often range with some examples being weekly or bi-weekly).

 

FEES

In Network Services

  • Dr. Blaney is now credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield and accepting clients.

  • Dr. Blaney is considering options for credentialing with other insurance companies and will update this information as soon as it is available.

Out of Network Services

  • Dr. Blaney will provide a statement (i.e. Superbill) to the client to submit to their insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • Many plans cover some OUT of NETWORK services and we recommend calling your insurance provider in advance to ask about your out of network options and reimbursement rates based on your plan.

  • Payments will be due at the end of each session and can be done electronically.

Cancellation Policies

  • Clients are expected to cancel with 48 hour notice.

  • If that does not occur, client will be billed for the missed session.

  • Of note: Insurance will not cover any of the missed appointment session.

 (All details will be reviewed in the consult session and informed consent so client can make the most informed decision about their care needs)
